Your safety and peace of mind is our priority. Here's everything you need to know about the safety features in our properties.
Guest Safety & Property Protection
For the comfort, security and protection of our guests, neighbours and properties:
- External CCTV operates at the property entrance only
- Noise monitoring system in place
- Smoking detection monitoring system in place
- All monitoring systems are operated with guest safety and privacy in mind and in full compliance with UK data protection regulations
- There are no cameras inside the property
Ring Doorbell Camera
For your peace of mind and the security of the property, we have a Ring doorbell camera positioned on the front door viewing the driveway. Clear signage is displayed at the entrance. Footage is retained for up to 30 days unless required for investigation. Operated with guest safety and privacy in mind.
Minuit Noise Monitoring
Inside the home, we use a Minuit noise monitoring system to help maintain a serene environment for our guests and neighbours. The device is located in the lounge/dining area.
Please note: Minuit does not record conversations or audio — it simply monitors noise levels (decibels). It also monitors temperature, humidity and detects potential indoor smoking via air-quality changes. Operated with guest safety and privacy in mind.
Your Privacy
There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the living spaces. No internal cameras are installed and no hidden surveillance devices are used. The Minuit device is not installed in bathrooms or bedrooms.
