When you enquire or book — by WhatsApp, phone, email or our website form — we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, stay dates, party size and any message you send us.

For confirmed bookings, we may also collect payment information (processed securely via Stripe) and identification documents, where required for guest vetting purposes.

We use Supabase (hosted infrastructure) to store enquiry submissions securely.

To respond to enquiries and manage bookings.

To communicate about your stay, including check-in instructions and extensions.

To take payment for your stay, processed securely via Stripe.

To invoice corporate, insurer and agency partners where applicable.

To improve our website and services.

To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with trusted third parties only where necessary to deliver our services — for example Stripe for secure payment processing, and Supabase for secure data storage.

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (managing your booking), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and operating our business), and consent where you opt in to marketing communications.

Enquiry and booking records are retained for up to 6 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes, unless a shorter period is required by law.
